We had a lovely time in Tagoat singing for the Senior Citizens, thanks for the lovely warm welcome. We also entertained the crowds in MacDonald's afterwards!
New Ross Aims Competition
We'll be heading off to New Ross on May 18th to sing in our first competition. These are the 2 songs: The first one is An Dufair (The Jungle). Go over it so that you know how it sounds - the words are very easy we'll learn them in no time.
2nd song will be Count on Me by our pal Bruno. There are a million versions, this is the one we should listen to. We'll be doing it with a nice fast tempo so get it learned!!!
AIMS New Ross
And didn't we do well? A score of 84.5%. Brilliant.

Aims Competition May 17th 2019
A great day out. Delighted with us all! A score of 87. That's 88 for From a Distance and 86 for Mamma Mia. The judge liked our arrangements and our lovely accompaniment but said that the ends of our phrases weren't quite in tune which is something that we can work on. Great to hear the other choirs, and a burger on the way home finished the trip nicely! Thanks to Niall, Mrs Lacey, Mrs Walsh and Mr Day for the lovely playing.
